Ghost User requested to merge bugfix/GSG-49 into development

PATCH /user 'title' field in the request json expects a title ID instead of the title name. Adapted unittests. Additionally implemented e2e test for GET /title/* endpoints. Removed omit empty from schemas.TitleSchema to make e2e testing easier.
