Limit count of closed duels of GET /duel

Responses of GET /duel can become really big when users have lot of closed duels.

This issue should be fixed by only returning the closed duels which were ended in the last 24h.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
