Validate @stud.tu-darmstadt.de email address on production server

Validate whether the provided email address is a valid email address and check that the email address ends with @stud.tu-darmstadt.de or @akamu.de.

The validation for @stud.tu-darmstadt.de and @akamu.de should only happen on master builds.
