HorizontalList of ExpandableWidgets for Pools

🚀 Feature Proposal

As a user, I want to see a list of all available pools in the dashboard (horizontal list).

• First element leads me to pool view onclick (fixed list item)
• The other list items show a pool each. Clicking on it leads me directly to the pool statistics

Technical Details

Each list item is ExpandableWidget. Requires #27 (closed)
