Implement Privacy Policy

🚀 Feature Proposal

As a user I can see the Akamu privacy policy when on signup. As Akamu we have to show our pp. whenever a new user wants to register.

Technical Details

See old Akamu Android App. Before asking for user signup information/data.

• Needs to be skippable (skip button on first page)
• Paragraphs in on-click pop-ups for interested users
• Current Chairman/chairwoman + address assosciation
